How yesterday events unfolded? Seven armoured unmarked (without numbers) acars moved from village Ukromnoye  towards Simferopol .

BUT  according to the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation about the parameters of the Black Sea Fleet:(http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/643_082)

Article 2

1. The main base of Russian Black Sea Fleet  is  located in Sevastopol.

2. On the main base of the Black Sea Fleet of Russia  are placed military units , enterprises, organizations and institutions of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.

Article 3

1. Russian Black Sea Fleet also uses the following items for locations:

31st  test center with appropriate facilities maintenance , airfield Gvardeyske;

military sanatorium  "Yalta" - in Yalta;

830th post and communications in Yalta and 1001^st point of high-frequency communications in the village of Sudak area;

2436^th point for saving rocket fuel (station Mamut) .

That’s  ALL! Here is set exclusive list of places  which  are  ALLOWED to use by  the Black Sea Fleet .  AND IN THIS LIST  there are no  village Ukromnoye  or  Simferopol!

According to the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation about  the status and conditions of Russian Black Sea Fleet on Ukrainian territory (http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/643_076):

Article 6

1. The military units are operating in areas of deployment in accordance with the law, respect the sovereignty of Ukraine , observe its laws and shall not intervene in the internal affairs of Ukraine .

Article 12

1. Vehicles of Russian Black Sea Fleet must have a registration number and a clear sign. Using  for such  vehicles numbers of Ukraine is not allowed.

3. Moving the heavy machineries of Russian Black Sea Fleet, including tracked vehicles , beyond the agreed routes  are allowed only by rail or on trailers.
