From 23 of October 2013according to amendment  to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial collection"court fees are changed.

The changes will concern to rate of court fee for filling of statement of claim in particular

-         for recovery of non-pecuniary damage (if amount of  non-pecuniary damage will be  till 5.735,00 UAH,  Court fees amount will be 229,40 UAH .

If amount of  non-pecuniary damage will be  from 5.735,00 to 57.350,00 UAH, court fee -  1% of the claim .

If amount of  non-pecuniary damage will be from 5.350.00  to 114.700,00 uan, court fee will be  5% of the claim .

If amount of non-pecuniary damage will be more than 114.700,00 UAH,court fee will be 10 % of the claim),

and

-       administrative cases , for example, claims on appeal tax notices, decisions (the amount of the court fee will be 2 % of the property requirements, but not less than 1.720,00 UAH, and not more than 4.588,00 UAH.
