Appropriate changes to the Regulation on the procedure , and imposing fines .

According to the Law of Ukraine “About  Protection of Consumers' rights”   consumer has the right to make  a free choice of goods and services at a convenient time and  free choice of using  electronic means  for payment .

The law prohibits any ways to restrict  the using  electronic means of payment by consumer,  if the seller is obliged by law to accept them for payment .

Thus , from the entry into force of this changes, consumers  have the right to demand  from   all business entities , which use cash registers, accept  payment cards  as payment  means. In case of refusal  to accept cards, consumers  may  complain for  their rights to  the State Inspection of Ukraine  of  protection of consumer rights.
