Since April 17, 2017, changes in the procedure for issuing Ukrainian visas came into force, in particular:

- the opportunity of online submission of visa application forms through the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is introduced http://visa.mfa.gov.ua/

- the time for issuing visas has been reduced (urgently - up to 5 working days, in usual order - up to 10 working days);

- The list of countries whose citizens can issue visas for trips with a tourist and business purpose at checkpoints across the state border of Ukraine is expanded;

- the tariff rate for registration of all types of visas has been reduced to 65 US dollars and a tariff for issuing visas at border crossing points  has been established in the amount of 150 non-taxable minimums of citizens (2550 uah);

- there is an opportunity to conduct interviews with applicants using remote communication facilities, which allow for the visual identification of the applicant.

The rules for the existing visa-free regulations stay valid (EU till 90 days etc.).
