Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law "On introducing amendments to some legislative acts (regarding the removal of administrative barriers to the export of services)" (project number 4496) and it is now waiting for the President's signature.

The law establishes the abolition of the mandatory obligation to sign and to have a foreign economic contract in written form and gives the opportunity to make such contract in electronic form – by accepting a public offer, by electronic messaging exchange or by receiving invoice.

In addition, the law prohibits banks to demand a translation of SUCH documents from English into Ukrainian.
