Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the 31 st of May adopted the Law "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning the abolition of mandatory state registration of foreign investments".

Act abolished the state registration of the investment and instead of this introduces  easy procedure –  necessary to supply of forms of statistical reports on foreign investments which are already undertaken.

These changes will simplify the procedure for attracting foreign investments into the economy of Ukraine.

Documents  which were filed for state registration of foreign investments (before this Law  entry into force)  will return to foreign investors or authorized persons without consideration.

Law comes into force from the day following the day of its publication.
