The Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law (on the 10^th of December)  amending expansion of powers of local self-government (bill number 2984)

To implement such changes will be envisaged transition period - till April 4, 2016 housing maintenance organizations, and other enterprises, institutions and organizations that provide with services of registration of individuals, will transmit their function of registration and de-registration of place of living to local authorities (respective executive of village, town, city and districts councils)
