Amendments regarding the procedures for registration (re-registration) of a vehicle came into force, according to which:
- procedure of registration (re-registration) now will be done by service centers of Minister of Interior (not anymore by traffic police authorities-"MREO" ceases to exist!);
- For registration (re-registration) of the vehicle person shall present a certificate (invoice) which is made as before by entity that sells vehicles, or the sales contract, which will be done in a service center, or a contract that is certified according to legal requirements (notarization).
