On the 21^st of May Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law "About  amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the datas of the final beneficial owner (controller) of the legal entity" (bill number 2896).

This law extended for 4 months the deadline for the submission of information about beneficiaries of legal entities (namely, the law established that the information must be submitted to the state registrar DURING 10 (instead of six) months from the date of entry into force Law number 1701-VII.)

NOT necessary for providing state registrar with such information are

- Religious organizations,

- State and municipal enterprises,

- Legal entities, members of which are ONLY physical persons and if the ultimate beneficial owners (controllers) of such legal entities ARE their participants (members).
