In accordance with the procedure in this decree, digitized fingerprints of hands will be added in the Register in case of registration of documents for traveling abroad - with the written consent of a person older than the age of 16 years, and for persons from 12 till  16 years - with the written consent of their legal representatives.

Getting fingerprints will be done by automatically scanning them with using special equipment in the territorial migration services or foreign diplomatic institutions.

In register will be added digitized prints of index fingers. In the case of damaged or missing index finger - prints which are taken from other pair of fingers or any two fingerprints of hands.

After scanning the digitized fingerprints will be added to contactless electronic chip.

This  Decree will come into force on the 1^st of  January 2015.
