11.09.2014. National Bank (letter № 18-112/48620,dated 02.09.2014) clarified the list of documents to the bank for the exeption of charging fines, penalties and interest on the loan borrowers, which have been mobilized:

Exemptions may be approved just by the following documents:

 - Military card with the relevant marks;

- Reference about taking for military service in the army, issued by the military commissariat or a military unit;

- Order or certificate of enrollment in the lists of the military unit, which are issued by a military unit (for reservists).
