The European court yard ruled now first time the exact definition of the "arrival time" of a flight concerning possible compensation rights of passengers for delayed flights!

It its sentence Nr. C-452/13 court definated the arrival time, after what at least ONE DOOR OF THE PLANE WILL BE OPENED AND THE PASSENGERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE PLANE!
