This provision is contained in the Law of Ukraine from 07.31.2014, № 1622-VII "About amendments to the Law of Ukraine" About the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014 ", which is published today in the newspaper  "Voice of Ukraine " and entered into force from 3rd of  august 2014.
