29.07.2014. National Bank of Ukraine cancelled the restrictions for transferring foreign currency by individuals from and to abroad (formerly in Resolution № 328 were set such limits – not more than 15 thousand UAH per month without any approval document

Resolution № 449 dated 28.07.2014 cancelled such limits in Resolution № 328 "About regulation of financial institutions and currency transactions" http://www.bank.gov.ua/doccatalog/document?id=9212468

So, payments from/to abroad ARE NOW UNLIMITED!

Also Resolution № 449 set restrictions for taking cash in UAH FROM ACCOUNTS INCL. DEPOSITS! – NOW not more than 150 thousand UAH per day per customer! These restrictions will be not used for payment of salaries, reimbursement of the sums Deposit Guarantee Fund of individuals. Payments in cash TO accounts are unlimited!

Also necessary to mention: Due to changes in procedure of rulings of NBU, this changes became valid JUST BY PUBLISHING AT HOMEPAGE of NBU!
