Registration of real estate located on the temporarily occupied territory possible to do  in the state registration authority of Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions. This is provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 2, 2014 № 226 "Questions of state registration of rights to immovable property, which is located in the temporarily occupied territory"

This Regulation is issued on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “About the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine".
