On Monday, June 16th, a group of terrorists  seized control  of the National Bank of Ukraine in Donetsk region.

Due to this fact NBU”s activities have been suspended, and system payments and settlements in the region temporarily disabled.

Also, on the 16^th June separatists blocked the work of the Donetsk regional treasury. As the region's governor warned Sergei Taruta, such actions might have "disastrous consequences" for the residents of Donbass - "will stop payment of all salaries to state employees, pensions and allowances."
