During the moratorium  it’s not allowed to collect forcibly (without the permission of the owner) property considered pledged  in accordance with Article 4 of the Law about pledge and / or is the subject of the mortgage according to credit agreements in foreign currency.

Law will be valid till the date of validity of an act, which will regulate the questions of transfer credit amount in foreign currency into credit amount in UAH .
