According to these Resolutions:

-  Income of legal companies and individual entrepreneurs in foreign currency (group - 1 of Classifier of foreign currencies and precious metals , approved by the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated February 4th, 1998,№ 34)  and in Russian rubles  which is received by them from abroad   is  subject to compulsory sale in the interbank Ukrainian currency market in amount - 50 per cent ,

- Income  of individuals (residents and non-residents)which is received by them from abroad   in an amount equal  to or greater than the equivalent of 150 000 UAH per month  is  subject to compulsory sale in the interbank Ukrainian currency market  (100 %)

These Restrictions are in effect until August 20, 2014.
