13.05.2014was passed  a law about simplification of the procedure of state registration of the termination of business activities of individual entrepreneurs  -  only necessary to send such notification.

 It is assumed that the registration of termination of business activity of entrepreneur will be implemented  immediately upon receipt of the appropriate notification  (in the form of a registration card), without the right of regulatory bodies to block  such registration.
