What’s the rate?

Tax rate of 12 rubles in a month per square meter for apartment of area less than 50 square meters, and the rate of 20 rubles - for apartment with are  ​​50 and more square meters.

How often to pay?

Monthly!

Example:

Apartment with 51 sq.m.:

51sq.m. x 20 RUR means 1.020 RUR per month!

However – the law is still not published and not in force. Also there is not any detail about payment terms and conditions!

IMPORTANT:

This tax has to be paid ADDITIONAL to the income tax for income by renting real estates!
