Today for  this  bill № 2258 voted 244 deputies.

According to the law :

1. Seal obligation for companies is cancelled. So now company may have seal and not “has” to have like before.

2 .  Registration fee for state registration of legal entities and physical persons – entrepreneurs  is cancelled.

(Our comment: previously registration fee was 170.00 UAH for registration of legal entities and 34.00 UAH - for registration of individual entrepreneur ) .

3 . Done mechanism of registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs by filing electronic documents without requiring the use of digital signature .

(Our comment: amends to the Law of Ukraine "About electronic documents", which is provided to eliminate a provision stating that the electronic signature is obligatory requisite  of electronic document)

The law will come into force in six months after the publication
