The Ministry of Justice has approved the order "About realization of registration actions in relation to the change of location of legal entities and individuals - entrepreneurs " (Order of the Ministry of Justice of 03/14/2014, № 525/5 ).

Established  that the registration of actions to change the location of legal entities and individuals – entrepreneurs (which location is registrated in the city of Sevastopol or in the Crimea ) will be done by state registrars of the Ministry of Justice in ANY OTHER provinces and the city of Kiev .

Rule does not apply to the change of location of  entities and individuals - entrepreneurs within the territory of the city of Sevastopol and the Crimea.
