Today,  22.01.2014 By Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers № 13 and 14 list of special means which are allowed to use   to protect public order is added : aerosol  grenades  " Drift - 2",  Sound grenades  "Flame -M" , "Fakel - C" and  "Dawn - 2 " , " Lilac - 3 ".

Furthermore, its allowed to  use   water jets  at any temperature of air.
