Publication in Ireland was necessary due to the fact that this private placement was done in the form of an eurobond, which is officially listed at Dublin exchange. Lead manager of the issuance was VTB Capital in Ireland.

However, its a private placement and because of this fact not a lot of additional datas of this bond have to be published!

Nevertheless - the prospectus also contains of a lot of actual economical and legal issues of the ukrainian republic!
