According to Art . 7 of the law draft "About the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014 " (registered in the parliament under  № 3000) following social payment parameters were fixed:

1.Minimum salary:

- At monthly amount:

from 1st of January – 1.218 UAH ,

from 1st of  July – 1.250 UAH,

from  1st of October  - 1.301 UAH;

- At an hourly rate :

from 1st of January - 7,3 UAH,

from 1st of  July - 7,49 UAH,

from  1st of October – 7,8  UAH.

2 . The minimum pension

in Ukraine is also established  by the Law "About the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014 " (registered in the parliament under № 3000) and it will not be less than minimum cost of living (subsistence level)  in 2014 for a disabled person (according part  2 Article 7 of the Law № 1058 )

For certain categories of pensioners (f.e. retired miners) higher amount of pensions were fixed.

3.Schedule of minimum wage and minimum pension:

Parliament plans to adopt the budget finally on the 16th of January, 2014.
