Today, were not enough voices of deputies for resolution about resignation of Government - for a resolution " About responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (registration number - 3692) voted only by 186 deputies.

This draft of Resolution was done on the 25^th of November, 2013  by oppositionafter betrayal of national interests by Cabinet of Ministers – stoppedEuropean integration process (№ 905- p).

In accordance with Part 4 of Art.115 of the Constitution and paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Art.12 of the Law "About Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine " result of minimum 226 voices of deputies will be - resignation of Government.

Verkhovna Rada on the proposal of at least one third of deputies may consider the question of responsibility of the Cabinet and to adopt a resolution of no confidence (in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Art. 87 of the Constitution).  Such question might be considered by Verchovna Rada not later than 10 daysat the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada.  

If resolution of no confidence will be accepted by 226 deputies, Prime Minister must submit a letter of resignation to the President.

The question of responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers can not be considered by the Verkhovna Rada more than once during the regular session, and within 1 year after the approval of the Programme of the Cabinet of Ministers .

Also, in accordance with Article 12 of the Law about Cabinet of Ministers, the resignation of Cabinet of Ministers is also possible due to:

- President's decision on the resignation of the Cabinet;

- Resignation of the Prime Minister (which is done by himself);

- The death of the Prime Minister.
