The second paragraph of article 130 of the Administrative Penalty Code is set out in the version according to which driving vehicle in a state of alcoholic , narcotic or other intoxication or under the influence of drugs/medicine which reduce the attention and reaction speed, also the transfer of driving of vehicle by person in such state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs, as well as the refusal of a person who operates the vehicle, also REFUSE of examination for state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication or use of drugs that reduce the attention and speed of reaction, entail :
Fines starting from 200 to 350 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (actually 3400,00 uah– 5900,00 uah), or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 1 to 2 years , or administrational arrest for a period of 7 to 10 days;
According to the Law , if such violation of the law will repeat during one year - deprivation of the right to drive a motorized vehicle up to a period of 2 to 3 years with additional confiscation against compensation…(what will be in reality very difficult due to current additional legislations…)of the vehicleor without, or administrational arrest for a period of 10 to 50 daysor without it.
