In decision of the Kyiv city council,  # 42/9630, dated  02.10.2013 "About the determination of the minimum price of the monthly rent per square meter  of immovable property of individuals " specified the lowest cost of monthly rent per 1 (one) square meter - 7.53 UAH.

Also mentioned document establishesadditional factors which are necessaryto use  for determinethe minimum price of monthly rent of one square meter.

So, from 1 January 2014 to determine the MINIMUM taxable income from renting real propertyincome tax will be determined based on the lowest cost of monthly rent per  1 (one) square meter - 7.53 UAH.
