In case of cancellation \ delay of flight:

1. Passengers have the right for compensation if they  had not been informed of the cancellation of flight:

2 weeks prior to scheduled departure time or  in the period  not more than 2 weeks and not  less than 7 days prior to departure to go with changed route (to start flight) not later than  in 2 hours comparing with scheduled time of departure  of cancelled flight and reach  destination not later than  in 4 hours comparing with scheduled arrival time of cancelled flight;

- less than 7 days prior to the scheduled time of departure and passengers are not offered alternative  route with time departure  not later than  in  1 hour comparing with scheduled time of departure cancelled flight  and arrive not later than  in 2 hours comparing with scheduled arrival time of cancelled flight.Сompensation:

EUR 250 - for flights range of up to 1,500 kilometers;

EUR 400 - for flights range from 1,500 to 3,500 kilometers;

EUR 600 - for flights range of over 3,500 kilometers

 

2. Airline, canceling or delaying flights MUST provide passengers (on their request) with  explanation about  cancellation or delay.

3. In case of flight cancellation and continue the journey  by  another flight the passenger is offered by airlines:

- food  and drinks while waiting for a flight;

- places in the hotel for waiting flight during  night;

transfer airport-hotel-airport;

 - 2 phone calls, or telex, fax, e-mail, if it’s possible according  to technical conditions of the airport.

4. in the case of  delays flights:

 -          The airline  must provide passengers with food and drink and the opportunity to make two phone calls, or telex, fax, e-mail, if its possible according  technical conditions of the airport

-          if your flight is delayed:

2 hours or more at a distance of less than 1,500 km;

3 hours  or more at a distance 1,500 km or 3500 km;

4 hours  and more at a distance  over 3,500 km flight.

If departure of the flight is delayed till  next day after the schedule, airline must provide passengers with accommodation in the hotel, food, transfer  to the hotel and back to the airport.

If the flight is delayed more than 5 hours a passenger has right to cancel contract and receive refund of the ticket including taxes.

The amount of compensation in case of delay of  flight more than three hours depends on the distance :

EUR 250 - for flights range of up to 1,500 kilometers;

EUR 400 - for flights range from 1,500 to 3,500 kilometers;

EUR 600 - for flights range of over 3,500 kilometers
